How does it operate? Battery or mains power?

Depending on the model, you can choose between battery operation or mains operation.

Do you also have soap dispensers?

Yes, our devices are also available as soap dispensers on request. A different pump is installed for this purpose.

What is included in the scope of delivery?

Each device is delivered with operating equipment (battery and charger or power supply), mounting materials, operating instructions, drilling template, and keys, if applicable.

How does charging or replacing the battery work?

Devices with a charging socket allow you to charge the battery directly in the device.
With other models, the battery must be removed and charged externally (e.g., white edition without charging socket).

What do the LEDs indicate?

Green flashing: Device ready for operation

Red: Battery needs to be charged

No LED flashes on my device

If the battery is charged, the fuse has most likely blown. Please check it and replace it if necessary.

What safety instructions should be observed when using our devices?

No open flames
Do not smoke near the devices.
The white edition with charging socket must not be permanently connected to the power supply.
Only use original spare parts, otherwise the warranty will be void.
Follow the maintenance instructions in the manual (e.g., cleaning).

Who is the target audience for your products?

Our offer is aimed exclusively at B2B

Can I see how often the device has been used?

A counter can be purchased as an option. This displays usage and dosage settings.

How do I dispose of a broken battery?

Batteries must be disposed of as hazardous waste at municipal collection points. Never put them in the household waste!

Do I have to hang the device on the wall?

No, we have different options for placing the devices. For example, mobile stands or tabletop versions.

I would like to have my own design.

Depending on the model, we offer various options for customization with logos, colors, images, fonts, etc.

What does “with” or “without charging port” mean?

If the device has a charging socket, the battery can be charged directly in the device. The 11120 charger is then connected directly to the bottom of the device.

Please note that this should not be a permanent operating condition!

For devices without a charging socket, the battery must be removed for charging. A second battery is recommended to ensure uninterrupted operation.

How high should dispenser systems be mounted?

To ensure that hygiene works in practice, the correct height of the hand tunnel is crucial:

> For adults: 100 cm above the floor

> Barrier-free: 85–100 cm

> For children: 70–90 cm, depending on age group

Which disinfectants are suitable for your devices?

Steripower models are compatible with all commercially available liquid alcohol-based hand sanitizers.

(No gels, no foams, no soap, or chlorine-based products)

How much disinfectant is being used?

All Steripower disinfectant dispensers have an adjustable dosage (0.5 ml to 5 ml in 10 steps) and automatically dispense a spray when hands are inserted in sensor mode.

The dosage amount can be easily adjusted via the circuit board.

For which areas of application are the devices suitable?

Our devices are used wherever effective hand hygiene is important!
For example, in medical practices, hospitals, cafeterias, schools, kindergartens, retirement homes, restaurants, hotels, companies, etc.

How often should I change the Medical Pad?

At least every 2 months

Which sunscreens are suitable for your devices?

We work closely with our partner eco elio. Our devices have been tested and approved with this sunscreen.

We cannot guarantee functionality when using other sunscreens.

However, we welcome your inquiry about your desired sunscreen and can then conduct an assessment.

Can I also set up a payment system?

Yes, we also have coin-operated machines in our range.

How often should I clean the device?

Please flush and clean the system weekly to prevent biofilm from accumulating in the hoses and to ensure proper functioning. Please refer to the instructions in the video library.
